My name is Dianne Lee and I have lived in Arizona All my 50 Years!

My family and I have lived in the Prescott Area for the past 17 years.  I am blessed to live with three generations of family. My dad, husband, daughter and I enjoy all that life has to offer us!  When it comes to selling Real Estate, I understand many of the needs and concerns of newlyweds to retirees.  Concerns of  a baby friendly home, homes with low maintenance and easy access for retirees. This is just an example of my ability to focus on the needs my clients.

As a Buyer's Agent,  I can help you locate your dream home or investment property. Today's market is quite like no other we have seen before.  Today's market is filled with Short Sales and Bank Owned Properties. This creates opportunity for buyers if they have a skilled agent. I can help you navigate through the different types of transactions available to you. 

As a Listing Agent, I can help you examine the various steps to pricing, marketing and successfully selling your home. For some of you this may include the option of a Short Sale. In my firm we have the experience needed to successfully list and sell Short Sale properties.  I would be happy to discuss marketing your home with you.
