When Dianne called to ask if we'd be intersted in writing a letter describing our home selling experience, it took about 10 seconds to answer "You bet!" We never believed that it would happen so quickly or go so smoothly. Dianne was great about coordinating showings to accommodate our lifestyle and hours. She was always quick to address any concerns or questions we had. Barely a day went by that she didn't contact us just to give us updates. Dear Dianne, I just want to thank you for the excellent job you did in selling my Mother's house. She decided to leave town suddenly and I was faced with double task of getting her moved and getting the house sold. From our first contact you were helpful in coming up with a price appropriate to the current market, advice on showing the house to its best advantage, making title company arrangements, and providing constant updates on the progress of the sale ( that was touch and go for awhile because of some problems on the buyers end of things). It seems unlikely that the days between opening and closing of escrow could have been faster under any circumstances.
